Newcomers are encouraged to attend a regular zazen evening at St Pauls, where there will be a member to provide some introduction to the group and zazen practise.
In addition to regular zazen, the ZGWA conducts Zazenkai, Sesshin and ongoing social events & activites. Announcements about upcoming events are typically made after thursday evening zazen, to find out more about particular events please feel free to phone, email or simply come along to a zazen evening.
