ZEN AND THE BODY
A workshop on Zen and movement
On Sunday February 9, the ZGWA will hold a workshop on 'Zen and the Body' in Hamilton Hill. We will explore different movement-based practices and body awareness and how they can help and expand our practice. There are no special physical abilities needed, and everyone can participate and simply do what they feel comfortable with. Please wear comfortable clothes. There will be sessions on Yoga, Aikido, Tai Chi and Shiatsu.
Time: Feb 9 2020, 9am-1:30pm
Venue: Unit 6, 1 Emplacement Crescent, Hamilton Hill (Japanese Martial Arts Centre)
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, keep cup and plate, water, meditation cushion, blanket
