HOW TO LIVE THE ZEN WAY

An introductory workshop on Zen practice

Zen is an ancient path of liberation on which we awaken to our true nature and transform our lives. In this workshop, Zen teacher Ross Bolleter will introduce essential aspects of Zen as a path to enlightenment and provide guidance on how to practice Zen in our everyday lives: developing concentration and awareness through meditation on the breath, a koan, and this very moment.

This is a free event, and no booking is required.

Afternoon tea will be provided.

Saturday, 30th May, St. Paul's Anglican Church, 162 Hampton Rd, Beaconsfield WA 6162.
