Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important event as it provides an overview of the group's activities over the past year, and ensures ongoing governance with the election of Councillors for the following year.
Members are able to vote on any major decisions including the makeup of the Council. Members unable to attend may give their proxy vote to another Member who will be attending.

The 2026 AGM will be held on Sunday, 26 July, St. Paul's Hall from 2-4 pm.
